This is the flagship piano in Schimmel’s premium upright series. it is engineered specifically to provide the tonal depth, power, and dynamic range that is typical to a grand piano. This model is handcrafted at the original Schimmel factory in Braunschweig, Germany. it has several advanced features designed to enhance the accoustic performance:

Soundboard: It features a grand-piano-shaped soundboard made of high-quality AAA Bavarian spruce. It is tapered to improve resonance and projection, this design is modeled after the concert grand piano. 

Action & Touch: The action is designed by Schimmel and built by Renner. It utilizes extended-length key-sticks, which provide the pianist with greater leverage and control, resulting in a responsive, lightning-fast touch.

Mass-Reduced Bridges: A patented Schimmel feature, these bridges are designed to withstand string tension while allowing the soundboard to vibrate freely, which increases the richness of the sound and extends sustain.

Triplex Scaling: This feature contributes to the piano’s characteristic clear, warm, and singing tone.
