QuietTime is a mechanical silencer bar installed into the piano. With the flick of a switch, you can dampen the overall acoustic sound of the instrument. And with the ProRecord system added, your acoustic piano immediately takes on the role of a digital one! While your piano is muted, the patented Optical Record Strip, which is located underneath the keys, is able to capture the MIDI data you then create and and will redirect it directly to your connected headphones.
Utilizing the headphones and silencer bar, you can practice in privacy without restraint on any acoustic piano. QuietTime’s innovative sensor technology is located underneath the keyboard and is totally contact-free, meaning it will not affect your piano’s level of expression, thereby giving you the ability to play silently without deterioration in the instrument’s performance.
