DESCRIPTION:Axel Lenarduzzi\n\n\nAxel Lenarduzzi is a Professor at the Clau
 de Debussy Conservatory of the 17th District in Paris\, France. He began h
 is studies at the Conservatoire d'Asnieres near Paris\, winning the first 
 prize for piano in the class of Jacqueline Durand. He continued his course
  of study and received the diploma of the National Conservatory of Boulogn
 e-Billancourt and received the award from the Conservatoire National of th
 e region of Montpellier. He went on to study at the Royal Conservatory in 
 Brussels\, completed an apprenticeship in the Salzburg Festival and studie
 d in Rome. In Rome\, He was awarded the Diplôme supérieur de perfectionn
 ement à l’unanimité issued by the prestigious Académie nationale sup
 érieure Santa Cecilia\, and earned under the teachings of Sergio Perticar
 oli.\n\nHe also started studying with Sergio Perticaroli at la Schola Cant
 orum in Paris\, before returning to his Italian roots in Rome. During his 
 Italian journey\, he studied in the Rodi Garganico Masters-class. His desi
 re for exchange and for experiencing different styles of interpretation ca
 use him to work with pianists Jean Marc Luisada and Elena Rozanova\, and t
 o play with violinist Svetlin Roussev. He also collaborated with l'atelier
  lyrique de Normandie\, directed by Philippe Hui\, accompanying French and
  German opera singers.\n\nThe prize-winner of many International competiti
 ons\, in Italy\, France\, Vignola Classica\, Liszt\, Naoumoff\, Lyon's Clu
 b\, he has performed professionally on a regular basis at the Festival Tem
 pietto di Roma\, Festival Notte Classice\, and more. Other festival invita
 tions include: Coream\, with Svetlin Roussev\, Gorges du Tarn\, Les Week-e
 nd du Piano at Maisons-Laffitte\, Parc de Bel Ebat in Avon\, Musique en F
 ête in Alsace\, where he recreated on stage the Conservatoire National de
  la grande sonate de Marie Jaëll\, Classique et Jazz in Val-Thorens\, the
  Festival du Château de Martigny\, Château de Nailly\, Festival de l’a
 bbaye de Vauluisant\, Festival de Calvi\, Hulencourt Art Project\, Festiva
 l de Lagord\, Le piano dans tous ses éclats\, les musicales de l’Arbous
 ière\, Classique et Jazz in Val-Thorens\, Festival de l’abbaye de Tallo
 ires\, Paris Deco-off for the unique presentation « piano haute couture 
 »\, Festival Les Musicales d’Epernay\, and PagArt Festival\, directed b
 y Lovro Pogorelich.\n\nIn 2003\, Lenarduzzi and Robert Holm performed at t
 he International Liszt Competition in Italy. In 2006\, 2008\, 2012\, and 2
 015 Lenarduzzi performed as soloist and in duo recitals with Holm througho
 ut the United States.\n\n&nbsp\;\nDr. Robert Holm\n\n\nRobert Holm\, a Ste
 inway Artist since 2010\, is Professor of Music and head of the piano divi
 sion at the University of South Alabama\, principal pianist for the Mobile
  Symphony Orchestra and pianist at Dauphin Way Baptist Church. Prior to hi
 s appointment at USA in 1997\, Holm received a B.A. in Piano at Pt. Loma N
 azarene University in San Diego followed by studies at the University of I
 llinois School of Music with Professor Kenneth Drake\, where\, in 1999\, h
 e earned a D.M.A. in Piano Performance and Literature.\n\nHe was a finalis
 t at both the 2003 International Franz Liszt Competition in Grottammare\, 
 Italy and the 2002 International Bartók-Kabalevsky-Prokofiev Competition 
 in Radford\, Virginia\, and Third Prize winner at the 1997 International B
 eethoven Piano Sonata Competition in Memphis\, Tennessee. In 1988\, Holm w
 as one of 88 pianists who performed with Chubby Checker and the Rockettes 
 at the Superbowl XXII halftime show in San Diego\, California.\n\nHolm has
  appeared as soloist performing concerti by Mozart\, Beethoven\, Liszt\, G
 rieg\, Rachmaninoff and Gershwin with various ensembles including the John
 son City Symphony Orchestra\, Alabaster (AL) Symphony\, Mobile Symphony Or
 chestra\, Mobile Youth Symphony\, USA Symphony\, University of Mobile Orch
 estra and Mobile Symphonic Pops. He has performed as soloist and collabora
 tive artist at Steinway Hall in London\, at Carnegie (Weill) Hall\, at Sha
 oxing University (China)\, at Lakehead University (Canada)\, and has given
  solo programs throughout the United States at Howard University\, Washing
 ton State University\, Ball St. University\, Northeastern St. University\,
  University of Mississippi\, University of Southern Mississippi and Pt. Lo
 ma Nazarene University. In 2006\, Holm\, violinist Enen Yu and cellist Guo
 -Sheng Huang formed the Archduke Piano Trio\, which has performed over 30 
 standard chamber works throughout Alabama and Mississippi. In 2015\, Holm 
 joined Gerald Anderson\, Jeff Bennett and Stephen Nielson as the newest me
 mber of the Christian foursome Festival of Keyboards. Recently\, Holm has 
 visited China twice giving recitals and master classes in Shaoxing\, Hangz
 hou and Dalian. At USA\, Holm has given 50 solo recitals including sonata 
 cycles by Mozart and Beethoven and over 250 collaborative recitals.\n\nHol
 m has released several CDs featuring sonatas by Beethoven on period instru
 ments\, sonatas by Mozart\, works by Scarlatti\, Liszt and Ravel\, two-pia
 no music by Mozart\, Brahms and Rachmaninoff with French pianist Axel Lena
 rduzzi\, two CDs of Scott Joplin’s rags\, two CDs of sacred hymn arrange
 ments\, and two CD’s featuring original arrangements of sacred Christmas
  music.
